Weekdays: From May to August on weekday mornings I'm organizing informal aerobic training rides of 1.5-3.0 hours in length. The rides will include long warm-ups and cool-downs and we’ll head out afterwards for a coffee to swap training tips. Each week I’ll send an e-mail out as to where and when we’re meeting. I'm planning on riding a couple of times a week, so if you're available let me know.
Saturdays: In July and August when I'm in town I'll also be planning informal rides. Note that the spring session in May and June is a formal paid program with testing, time trials, and learning objectives – see spring bike class for details.
