This class is designed to introduce runners to the unique experience of running on trails and will give runners a chance to get comfortable with running on all types of terraine!
Goal: To build comfort and confidence in the trails
Timetable: Class is held on the following Saturdays: May 26, June 2, June 9, and starts at 3:00pm
Format: 60-90 minute run with trail running instruction and tips
Location: Fish Creek Park (May 26), North Glenmore Park (June 2), Douglas Fir Trail (June 9)
