If you're an endurance athlete and want to know how hard you should train then this test is a must. Using prediction formulas and other subjective measures like talking and perceived exertion work reasonably well but actually testing for the point where you start to accumulate acid in your blood will accurately determine your maximum heart rate for all your aerobic training. After the test we will outline your effortless training zone heart rates that will ensure you stay in your aerobic zone and in the proper training state for maximizing your endurance.
Format: One hour run on treadmill or bike on a trainer
Location: We can test remotely at your location if you have a treadmill and/or trainer
Dress: Indoor cycling or running gear with clean shoes
