Strength and Resistance Training

All Core Hardcore!

As follow up to the winter strength series, this class will help to maintain and develop the all important core strength runners and triathletes require to perform at their best.  

Goal: To develop more core strength for the endurance athlete!

Timetable: Wednesday evenings, June 6 - July 25, 6:10pm - 7:00pm, before brick class

Format: 50 minutes of core strength exercises. 

Location: Outdoors; bring exercise matt, water and bug spray!

Fee: $135.00 for full session or $20.00 per drop in.
