Half Day Chi Running Workshops

These Saturday afternoon one day workshops are perfect for busy people and those traveling from out of town who want to learn the Chi Running method in one day. You will be able to learn the full technique and incorporate all the focuses into your daily runs by the time you leave this workshop.

Where: Lakeview Baptist Church Gymnasium - 5336 Lakeview Drive S.W.

When: 1:00pm until 4:30pm  

This workshop will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor instruction. Please come prepared for cold weather.
