Want to tune up your Chi Running? In this tune up program we'll cover all the basics again and review your technique so you leave refreshed and equipped with the knowledge to take your chi running to the next level. This class is only offered to graduates of the basic chi running class.
Each session will be 60-70 minutes long and will consist of a 30 minute review followed by a 20 minute run and a 10-15 minute question / answer period.
Fee: $30.00 per session or $100.00 for all 4 sessions
Location: North Glenmore Park Parking Lot "F" (in case of bad weather an indoor location will be arranged)
